Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will join a clinical team and help clients achieve their goals with evidence-based interventions designed to support independence and positive behavior.

RBT certification is required before working, and high school diploma or equivalent is required. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and a 6-month commitment to make a meaningful difference

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Paid training is provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
