Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training. You will work under a supervising BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and collaborate with families to share strategies and progress updates.

Part-time afternoon and weekend shifts offer flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.)
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
