Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking Part Time Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home and school settings across Massachusetts. You can select morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with start date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA therapy, following plans from BCBA supervisors, and tracking progress using simple data systems.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or a desire to work as a BT.
• Love for working with children.
• A positive, team first attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes and schools.
• Following treatment plans created by our supportive BCBAs.
• Tracking progress with easy to use data systems (we’ll train you!).
• Working hand in hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
