House of Hearts ABA in Massachusetts is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children in home and school settings. You’ll follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team and help kids thrive with engaging, compassionate care.

We offer flexible full- or part-time hours based on cases, a supportive, mission-driven environment, and guidance for those actively pursuing certification to grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Love for working with children
