Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role includes implementing personalized care plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided to earn your RBT certification, after which you will begin working with clients with ongoing support from our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
