Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Ohio is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team for in-home and community ABA services. Roles start part-time with opportunities to grow, and we provide paid training to help you achieve your BCBA goals.

You will support clients in achieving their goals with evidence-based interventions and collaborate closely with families and staff. Ideal candidates will have an RBT certification and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
