Job summary

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic under BCBA supervision, using evidence-based practices to help kids thrive.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure client success. This is part-time, with afternoons available; shifts are flexible and locally travel may be required in Shawnee, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
