Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You’ll deliver evidence-based ABA services, track progress, and collaborate with our clinical team and families.

Training is provided, with an emphasis on flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Ability to implement ABA-based interventions
• Effective communication with families and clients

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings
• Implement skill-building and behavior support plans
• Record session data accurately using digital devices
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to monitor progress
