Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, building independence through evidence-based strategies.

We offer part-time roles with Same Day Pay, opportunities for professional advancement, flexible scheduling, and access to clinician support and fellowship programs to accumulate hours.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
