Heartland Behavior is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions and supporting independence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and training, with opportunities to advance through BCBA partnerships. Work will be in clients' homes or community settings, within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to support goals.
• Work in clients' homes or community-based locations.
