BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in home and community settings in the United States. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, contribute to client progress, and collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure, with a strong willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes or community sites.
• Passion for helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
