Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, track progress with digital records, and have opportunities for professional development, flexible schedules, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
