Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
- RBT certification required before working.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to support independence.
- Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
