BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team and help clients achieve personal goals in Home and Community settings.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support families. This role starts part-time with a six-month commitment and offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
