Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Denver area is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. This part-time opportunity offers flexible hours, same-day pay, and pathways to BCBA supervision through our partnerships.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support families while fostering independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
