Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before start of employment.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm presence in challenging moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
