Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

This part-time role offers paid training, Same Day Pay, opportunities for BCBA-focused advancement, and referral bonuses. No experience? Paid training is provided and you can choose cases to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities
