Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in home and community settings.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collect data, and work with a clinical team to promote independence and positive outcomes. Excellent communication with families is essential.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time hours, and a chance to grow within the ABA field. RBT certification is required before working, with a 6-month commitment encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
