Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help children with Autism reach their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to support treatment plans.
• Engage families to reinforce strategies outside sessions.
