Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) in Indianola, IA to support children with Autism in home or community settings.

Position emphasizes one-on-one ABA services, collaboration with a clinical team, and accurate data recording. No experience? Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling to fit part-time hours.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience with or interest in working with children with Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
