Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team and support children with autism in achieving their goals.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and contribute to data collection and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
