Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Nebraska. We provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to help children reach personal goals.

Positions start part-time with flexible schedules and competitive pay. Training is provided, and you’ll work with a supportive clinical team, gaining experience through fellowship and internship pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
