Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Lincoln, NE is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services. You will be part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and recording session data in a home or community setting.

The positions are part-time with paid training, and candidates should be willing to commit for 6 months to help transform our clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion are essential in working with clients.
• RBT certification is required before working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
