BK Behavior is seeking dedicated staff to provide ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, working closely with a clinical team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification. Training is provided; opportunities for career growth and flexible scheduling are offered to help you make a meaningful impact for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
