Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Denison, IA. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and record data using electronic devices.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and an RBT certification. We offer paid training, part-time positions, and a six-month commitment to help improve lives of children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
