Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and contribute to positive behavior support under supervision.

The role is part-time with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team. No experience is required beyond RBT certification; commitment to helping children with Autism is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
