Job summary

Heartland ABA in Newton, IA is seeking a Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or in community-based locations. This part-time role offers the chance to work closely with a clinical team and support families in achieving developmental goals.

Familiarity with ABA, a willingness to learn, and an RBT certification are required before working. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
