Job summary

Heartland ABA in Newton, IA is seeking a part-time Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and track progress with data collection.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and an RBT certification. Willingness to learn, patience, and compassion are essential, with paid training offered and opportunities to grow with the BCBA

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
