Job summary

Heartland ABA in Eldon, IA is hiring for an Early Intervention Play Therapist & RBT in the West Burlington area on a part-time basis.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in homes or community settings, complete required training, and record data to support independence and positive behavior. Collaboration with our clinical team ensures effective care planning and ongoing client progress.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in homes or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Work under supervision as part of a clinical team implementing care plans.
• Complete required training and maintain respectful client interactions.
• Willingness to obtain 40-hour RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
