Job summary

Heartland ABA in Des Moines, IA is looking for part-time Early Intervention Play Therapist & RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement care plans, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behaviors.

We welcome individuals with RBT certification, a passion for helping children with autism, and a willingness to learn. Flexible scheduling and support for training are offered.

Qualifications

RBT certification is required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
