Job summary

Heartland ABA in Harlan, IA is seeking an Early Intervention Play Therapist & RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, and record data from sessions using digital devices.

Ideal candidates are RBT certified, compassionate, and eager to support children with autism. Positions are part-time with paid training, same-day pay, and opportunities to grow through BCBA schooling

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Experience with autism/ABA helpful.
• Willingness to learn and commit to clients.

Responsibilities
