Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Early Intervention Play Therapist & RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and help families support positive behavior.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to make a lasting difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Must complete 40-hour RBT course.
• Availability for part-time roles with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
