CBS is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans and support children's independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience is required. This role is an excellent entry point into psychology and ABA, with opportunities for certification and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
