Job summary

CBSupports is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, helping children with Autism reach independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

No prior experience is required, with part-time hours and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. Training and meaningful, hands-on field experience are emphasized to support families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
