Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive training program to help you start a dynamic career in the ABA field.

You will work closely with a clinical team, handling data collection and interaction with families to reinforce independence and positive behavior in children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
