Heartland ABA is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior while collaborating with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. This position offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling (afternoon/evening), and a meaningful entry point into the field of psychology and education, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to enhance treatment.
• Support independence and positive behavior in clients.
