Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes and community-based locations. This is a part-time opportunity with afternoon/evening hours, and no prior ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are patient, compassionate, and able to connect with families. You’ll join a supportive clinical team and help improve client outcomes while gaining valuable field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
