No prior experience required; high school diploma or equivalent is needed. Opportunities for growth exist within the ABA field and related settings, with part-time hours fitting student schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team with skill-building and care plan implementation.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
