Job summary

aba360 is seeking part-time ABA support staff to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings in New Jersey. You will implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, and you’ll record data using electronic devices.

No experience is required, and the role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours with opportunities to advance in the ABA field. Training and supervision are provided as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
