No prior experience is required, and beyond high school, training opportunities are available, including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. A flexible schedule suits students and caretakers alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
