Job summary

myHHBS in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time ABA Clinical Supervisor to oversee therapy services across East Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Downtown Los Angeles, and Orange County. The role runs Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm, about 10-22 hours weekly, with pay of $36-$40 per hour.

You'll supervise therapists, provide parent training, ensure correct program implementation, collect data for BCBA progress reports, meet monthly with the BCBA, and may provide direct therapy when needed; BACB supervision hours

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis OR completion of 5 courses in a Masters ABA program (Transcripts required).
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children with Autism.
• Supervising RBT/Technicians (Therapists) is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
• Supervise therapist on case with guidance in behavior analytic procedures.
• Ensure the program is implemented correctly and consistently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
  
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
  
• Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies, and consequence interventions
  
• Ensure that the program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
  
• Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellation, signatures for rendered sessions, therapist performance, consistent data collection, and more.
  
• Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
  
• Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
  
• Provide direct therapy sessions to the client if your behavior therapist is absent and cannot provide the treatment session.
  
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
