Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support treatment programs.

The role requires a High School Diploma, with a BA in ABA/Psychology preferred, a CA driver’s license, and clearance of TB tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in ABA, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test and fingerprint/background checks.
• Spanish language skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.
