Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA support staff to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in client homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, record progress data, and work closely with families to support learning and independence.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn. Training is provided, and roles often offer afternoon or evening hours to fit school schedules and family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
