Job summary

Triumph ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to work directly with clients in-home or in community settings, under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and support individuals with autism while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress and session notes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with the therapy team, including BCBAs, BTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and stakeholders.
