Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (paraprofessional) for a part-time in-home role in Pennsville, NJ. Earn $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Mon-Thu 4:00pm-6:00pm; travel locally required. No BCBA supervision required for entry-level positions.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with families to support communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology a plus.
• Background check and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
