Job summary

Headway Services seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home therapy for a 12-year-old in Pennsville, NJ. Part-time schedule is Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-6:00pm, at $18-$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus based on experience.

You will track progress, support communication and daily living skills, and work closely with families for consistent treatment. A HS diploma is required; RBT certification preferred; reliable transportation and local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy or child-work experience is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
