Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a qualified ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. You will track progress with data collection and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while partnering with families for consistency.

Position is part-time in Sicklerville, NJ with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. Flexible weekend scheduling options apply; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Patience and empathy to support families and children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
