Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or to be obtained.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation and professional conduct.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and document client progress daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors with ABA techniques.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Maintain confidential client information and complete paperwork.
