Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required.

Positions start part-time, with opportunities to grow as you support children with Autism and engage families. This role offers flexible schedules and meaningful, hands-on experience in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
