Job summary

The Behavior Lab is a home, clinic, school, and community-based ABA therapy provider seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to work in-home and in community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions, collect data, and support families under the guidance of our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Making learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities.
• Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress.
• Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success.
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet each child's unique strengths and needs.
